American Standard Brands and Toledo, Ohio-based Decorative Panels International, affiliated portfolio companies of Sun Capital Partners, will merge. DPI will remain in its current location. Terms of the merger were not disclosed.
DPI CFOTim Clarkwas named president of DPI and will report toDon Devine, president and CEO of American Standard Brands. Previous DPI president and CEOMike Kilbanwill become president and CEO of Protective Products Enterprises, another Sun portfolio company.
