Sherman
has a combination of 17 years in the hearth/HVAC and plumbing industries. Most
recently he has served as CEO and chairman of Integrated Security Systems, a
provider of safety protection products in Carrollton, Texas, for the past
three years. Prior to that position he was president and CEO of Selkirk, the
venting and air distribution manufacturer headed out of Richardson, Texas. He
also served as the VP/CFO of Eljer Industries, at the time a manufacturer
specializing in plumbing and HVAC products.
