PHCC offers financial relief for Hurricane Sandy victims
To assist PHCC members who were adversely
affected by Hurricane Sandy, the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors -National
Association has established a financial relief program. Members who need
assistance may ask that their 2013 national dues be forgiven and also may
request a cash grant of up to $1,000. In addition, state and local chapters may
be willing to waive dues for members.
“Many of our members in the Northeast were severely impacted by this damaging storm,” said PHCC President David Dugger. “We’re hopeful that this assistance will help get them back on their feet and be ready for business as usual soon.”
In addition, the PHCC board established a PHCC Disaster Relief Fund that would include contributions from PHCC members.
To request relief, call 800/533-7694. To donate to the PHCC Disaster Relief Fund, send your check to: PHCC Disaster Fund, 180 S. Washington St., Suite 100, Falls Church, VA 22046.
