Dayton, Ohio-based WinWholesale Inc., PM’s 2012 Supply House Of The Year, recently obtained a majority interest in a new partnership with Columbus, Ohio-based Carr Supply and Carr Supply of Michigan, wholesale distributors of plumbing, HVAC supplies and equipment, and water well supplies. The company also installs shower doors and closet systems.
The former owners of the company have retained their key management positions and a substantial equity stake in the new partnership. The transaction, which closed Feb. 1, created a new company that will continue the Carr Supply name and operate as its own entity with the same management team.
