Nexstar Network recently added Jodie Deegan to its business coaching staff. Deegan has been involved in the HVAC, plumbing, drain and electrical fields for more than 25 years. After serving eight years in the U.S. Navy, Deegan started as an HVAC technician and continued to take on sales, field and operations management positions.
Notably, he successfully ran several multitrade companies within a national home services organization ranging in size from $3 million to $22 million in annual revenue. He was nationally recognized for his ability to achieve and sustain company profitability, and maintain operational safety standards, as well as turn underperforming companies into successful businesses.
