Uponor’s Ecoflex pre-insulated pipe for heating and cooling applications comes in 1”, 1 1/4” and 1 1/2” ASTM sizes. It features hePEX plus barrier tubing surrounded by closed-cell PEX foam insulation and covered by a waterproof, corrugated HDPE jacket, making it ideal for direct-burial applications. It is available in continuous lengths up to 600’ and uses either ProPEX fittings or WIPEX dezincification-resistant brass compression fittings for a watertight, leak-resistant system. It is available in single and twin configurations (pictured), which feature one or two hePEX plus service pipes, respectively.
