KWC’s AVA single-lever basin faucet features Coolfix technology. The six o’clock middle position is designed as “full cold,” so no hot water is delivered in this setting. This saves energy each time the faucet is activated. The only way to draw warm water is to rotate the lever clockwise and away from the middle position. The Coolfix technology is currently available only on the AVA lavatory faucet. It also incorporates the Neoperl Caché aerator, which reduces water flow to 1.5 gal. per min.
