PHCC is offering $77,500 this year to apprentices, students and business owners who could use some help with paying for education.
If you or your apprentices need help paying for their training or if you know a college-bound student studying a major related to the plumbing, heating and cooling industry, now is the time to get their application submitted. The 2015 scholarships are provided through the PHCC Educational Foundation.
Every plumbing and HVACR apprentice, plus college students who are pursuing studies related to the industry have a shot at 36 different awards worth $1,000 to $5,000 each.
The PHCC Educational Foundation scholarship deadline is May 1st.
The National Auxiliary scholarship deadline is June 15th.
The Foundation has awarded more than $2 million in scholarship funding to apprentices and students over the past 27 years. The 2015 awards are possible because of the generous donations made by PHCC members and annual sponsorships from A. O. Smith, Bradford White Corp., Delta Faucet Co., RIDGID Tool Co., State Water Heaters, the PHCC Educational Foundation Scholarship Fund, the PHCC of Massachusetts Auxiliary, the PHCC of Texas Auxiliary, Anne Williams and the PHCC Past National Officers.
