Dave Collier, who recently joined boiler manufacturer Weil-McLain as training and technical manager for the western U.S., died suddenly on Friday in Gunnison, Colo., at the age of 51.

Dave Collier, who recently joined boiler manufacturer Weil-McLain as training and technical manager for the western U.S., died suddenly Sept. 7 in Gunnison, Colo. He was 51.

Collier, the owner of Collier Plumbing & Heating, leaves behind a wife and two sons. The Dave Collier Memorial Fund has been set up to help pay for his children's education. Contributions can be made in care of Heer Mortuary, 225 E. Platte Ave, Fort Morgan, CO 80701.
