Racine, Wis.-basedModine Mfg. Co recently acquired Geofinity Mfg.of Surrey, British Columbia. Geofinity makes commercial and residential geothermal heat pumps and won a 2012 AHR Innovation Award in the Building Automation Category for its "ORB" heat pump controller.
