Kansas City, Mo.-based KU Solar will distribute solar HVAC systems in the United States.
Kloben, Italy’s
largest manufacturer of solar thermal equipment, and Universal, one of Italy’s largest solar integration companies, recently
formed Kansas City, Mo.-basedKU Solarto distribute
their solar HVAC systems in the United
States. KU Solar is introducing a scalable
product line of units ranging in size from 3 to 20 tons and will stock packaged
systems, components and all the necessary equipment to support the market. In
addition, the company will provide engineering, installation support and
training from its Kansas City
office.
Solar
HVAC systems use solar thermal collectors designed to take energy from the sun to
provide cooling in the summer and heating in the winter. These systems can
eliminate the increasing cost of purchasing electricity and natural gas to
power conventional HVAC equipment.
KU
Solar is seeking new dealers and installers in North
America who are interested in growing their HVAC and/or solar
integration business.
