Hydronic Snow Melting For Boston Convention Center Roof
Work will begin in September on the approaching $11 million
roof repairs to the 3-year-old Boston Convention & Exhibition Center. The
Massachusetts Convention Center Authority hopes to finally put an end to
troublesome roof leaks caused by inadequate drainage and problems with snow and
ice buildup. Repairs will include a hydronic snow and ice melting system. The
MCCA is currently soliciting bids for the roof repair project.
