Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) recently selected 13 organizations for funding consideration in a $9 million pilot project that will test various large-scale strategies for deploying residential solar water heating systems.
The pilot's goal is to determine the most efficient and effective ways to market solar water heaters to homeowners. The organizations will deliver projects in seven provinces, resulting in the deployment of more than 8,000 solar domestic water heating systems to Canadians.
