Starting at the 2009 annual convention in May, theNational Association of Oil Heating Service Managerswill present its first "Oilheat Technician of the Year" award. Each of the 30 NAOHSM Chapters will nominate their best technicians, who will be ranked using a point system. Chapter nominees should be submitted before April 10, 2009.
