PPI MS-8 is intended to be a guide to support engineers, designers, and specifiers of plumbing and mechanical piping systems with language that can be copied and pasted into design documents to ensure that the latest requirements for polypropylene piping materials are used. 

Roughly 250 Nexstar member contractors use the NexTech Academy program consistently for training new plumbers and technicians. The academy averages about 400 to 500 graduates a year.

PHCCCONNECT 2024 will be held Oct. 7-9, 2024 in Birmingham, Alabama. 

Tim Rutledge, a deeply committed instructor at the PHCC-GSA Training Facility in Sacramento, California, was named 2023 Plumbing Instructor of the Year. Brian Millard of the PHCC of Iowa Apprenticeship Program was named 2023 HVAC Instruction of the Year.

This year’s program will feature more than 110 free seminars, a robust panel series lineup, new product and technology presentations, professional certifications and continuing education courses.
