Putman will lead all of the commercial activities within the company’s OEM business segment, providing technical expertise and setting the strategic vision to support the needs and growth of Franklin Electric’s customers. 

Heat-flo’s expansive heating system solutions and indirect stainless steel product portfolio will allow the company to expand its capabilities to meet the rapidly evolving regulatory environment in the water heater industry.

The company aims to develop regionally specialized core technologies optimized for the cold climate of Northern Europe through the establishment of the European Consortium for Advanced Heat Pump Research (ECAHR).

Hebert will be responsible for leading SIMFLO's outside sales team, covering the municipal, industrial and commercial markets

As president, Mick will represent the Tennessee Valley Chapter at both regional and national conferences, leading with education to bring value to the industry and inspiring others to take the necessary steps to improve the built environment.

Todd Grabowski, president, Global Data Center Solutions, will lead the Global Data Center Solutions organization, reporting directly to Chairman and CEO George Oliver. 

Jonathan Walsh, previously vice president, will assume the role of president of Stiebel Eltron USA.
