As the year comes to a close, I have been reflecting on the past year, one filled with challenge and growth for me. In order to grow, we have to learn how to overcome challenges. 

Whether you’ve been in business for a week, a year or a decade, you have undoubtedly experienced more than just a few setbacks. We’ve all had major setbacks in our lives and businesses, and we generally respond to setbacks with our world-conditioned responses involving pain. We have pain, we have trauma, and we have turmoil, challenges, etc.

Owners, presidents, CEOs and more leaders from 23 Unified Group member companies nationwide flew to Puerto Rico to take part in the informative sessions and enjoy the opportunity to reconnect with friends and meet new members in a beautiful island setting.

The Copper Development Association (CDA) announced the appointment of Andrew G. Kireta, Jr. as the association’s next president and CEO, effective Jan. 1, 2022.

Over the last year, during several webinars and in-person events, I've spoken about the idea of systems-based thinking, which incorporates the ideas of strategic thought in the form of focus (“saying no”) and identifying and executing on coherent actions.
