APR Supply acquires distributor W.G. Balph Co.

Private equity firm High Road Capital Partners purchased General Tools & Instruments.

Kohler store locations include Glenview and Burr Ridge, Ill.

SGI will continue to offer the proprietary tools including its innovative pricing guides, sales systems, and management tools.

Resource Conservation Technologies products will continue to be sold through traditional wholesalers.
