Wolseley plc, Reading, UK, has delisted its American Depositary Receipts (ADRs - each representing one ordinary share in Wolseley plc), has deregistered the company from the New York Stock Exchange and terminated its reporting obligations under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
Denmark-based pump manufacturer Grundfos Group recently acquired Peerless Pump Co., a U.S.-based manufacturer of pumps and fire protection systems. It is Grundfos’ largest acquisition to date; Peerless has more than 400 employees and annual sales of $110 million.
