Flair-It has introduced a new plastic plumbing system for use with PEX. The patented plastic clamp installs with a pair of pliers and can be removed with a screwdriver. The clamps are NSF- and CSA-approved for potable water and radiant heat along with the Flair-It EcoPoly insert crimp fittings. PEXLock requires neither expensive tools nor timely calibration to install. The sizes available are 3/8”, ½”, ¾” and 1”. Flair-It has a large offering of all plastic fittings and valves to mate with the PEXLock. They offer a 25-year warranty.
