Each year, Ambassadors are invited to attend a two-day event at Oatey University, the company’s premier training center. This immersive experience, known as Ambassador Fest, offers hands-on training, in-depth product discussions, a tour of Oatey’s manufacturing operations, and a visit to Oatey’s world headquarters to meet with associates.

On Tuesday, February 18th, 2025, at 12 p.m. ET, participants will discover how advanced leak detection solutions can protect commercial and multi-family properties from costly water damage and minimize financial risk through seamless system integration.

Anticipated to air in the second half of 2024, Season five will feature perspectives from plumbing experts in Australia, Alaska, Canada, Hawaii, and California and will highlight some of the common challenges faced by plumbers across the world. The series was recently awarded three Telly Awards.

Bringing more than 30 years of fluid handling industry experience to the position, Edds originally joined NIBCO in 2006 as a product manager and held various positions of increasing responsibility through 2015.
