England-based plumbing and heating distributor Wolseley plc acquired the following North American distribution businesses: Wholesaler Parnell-Martin Management LLC, with 17 locations in Virginia, the Carolinas, Georgia and Florida, acquired by Ferguson; Record Supply Co., with four branches operating in the northern regions of California and Nevada, acquired by Ferguson; and TAPS Wholesale Bath Centre, based in Toronto, acquired by Wolseley Canada.
