The Mechanical Contractors Association of Chicago named Kathy McCauley as its first woman president. She is vice president and chief financial officer of McCauley Mechanical Construction of Bridgeview, Ill. McCauley, who was inducted at MCA's annual meeting June 4, is the fourth generation of her family to serve as MCA president.
