Charlie Avoles, who had been interim executive director of Contractors 2000, was named the new executive director by the Board of Directors in early April. Avoles, a former plumbing-heating contractor from Minneapolis, had been serving as C-2000’s Director of Development prior to taking over the top staff position following the resignation of former executive director Jack Tester earlier this year.
“It’s a privilege for me,” commented Avoles. “The founders and original staff have done a great job setting the platform for an incredible future.”
