Peerless Pump Co.announced it has acquired Flometrico (Burlington, Ontario). Peerless has had a successful relationship with the wholesale pump manufacturer for more than 50 years and two generations.
The Flometrico acquisition, according to Peerless, will give the company a Canadian base of operation. “A combination of great location and Flometrico’s superb reputation and expertise, will allow us to make this a service, technical support and stocking hub for the entire Canadian market,” said Tim Ballengee, Peerless’ general manager for Canada.
Percy Harcourt, former owner of Flometrico, has agreed to stay and assist Peerless with the transition, along with other key members of Flometrico.
