MacNair has a 20-year career in marketing, working in grocery wholesaling and retailing, consumer electronics, and consumer household durables. At InSinkErator, he led the company to its biggest product launch in decades, the Evolution PRO Series, which is designed to grind food waste such as celery, potato peels and fruit pits without jamming. It also contains several patented sound technologies achieving up to 60 percent quieter operation.
