I reached out to some of the best coaches in the industry for some perspective on communicating clearly and effectively with customers and each other and best practices for how contractors should handle communication breakdowns.

About 300 Watts employees, former employees, local and state officials, supplier partners, community members and trade media were present for the celebration.

JH Kelly, based in Longview, Washington, celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2023. The company offers various mechanical services and was honored as Plumbing & Mechanical's 2024 Mechanical Contractor of the Year.
